STEP Bahamas
The STEP Bahamas Branch was founded in 1996, has over 450 members and has produced a highly specialized and successful professional body, and its rapid expansion in the Bahamas is a clear indication of a young, forward-thinking international society. STEP Bahamas has made great strides in the area of student members who have gone on to become full STEP members by virtue of completing the STEP diploma, or Qualified Practitioner program. In September 2003 we established the STEP Caribbean Regional Training Center in the Goodman’s Bay Corporate Center. We share premises with the Bahamas Financial Services Board (BFSB) and the Association of International Bank and Trust Companies (AIBT). We continue to foster the progression of education by awarding scholarships for tracts of the diploma. STEP Bahamas hosts monthly luncheon meetings and seminars presented by top authorities in their fields. We invite you to join us whether or not you are a member.
