Asiaciti Trust is headquartered in Singapore and, with operations also in Hong Kong, the Cook Islands, Samoa, New Zealand, Nevis and Uruguay, is now one of the leading Asian Pacific based international trust groups. Each office in the Asiaciti Trust Group is headed by professional accountants or lawyers supported by chartered secretaries and other qualified professional managers.

We adopt a creative but practical approach to our clients' financial and fiscal planning needs. History:

Established as a corporate identity in 1978, Asiaciti Trust has its foundations in chartered accountancy practices which date back to 1886. The Group Managing Director and founder of Asiaciti Trust, Graeme W Briggs, was formerly the international tax partner of that practice. He acquired the international operations of that practice in 1975. Briggs and his family remain the principal shareholders of the Asiaciti Trust Group. Over recent years equity in the Group has been made available to other senior executives.

The precedent Asiaciti Trust entities commenced operations in 1971 (the New Hebrides) and in Hong Kong in 1974. Since then the Group has expanded steadily with offices in Singapore (1981), the Cook Islands (1986), Samoa (1988), New Zealand (1996), Uruguay (2001) and most recently, Nevis (2008).

With ownership wholly in the hands of management, Asiaciti Trust intends to continue to grow its business for the future benefit of its clients, staff and shareholders.
