* Advising a Saudi Arabian investment bank on its proposed acquisition of another banking group, including supervising local counsel in 11 jurisdictions and drafting the Memorandum of Agreement used by the parties.
* Acting in connection with the incorporation of three major foreign insurance companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
* Acting for a joint venture owner on the design and construction of a new sulphur industrial process plant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
* Preparing international distribution agreements (South America, Africa, South East Asia) and reviewing standard terms and conditions for sales orders worth $700m.
* Assisting a global franchisor in the management of its trade mark portfolio (covering 9 franchised brands in 15 MESA Region countries), licensing and franchising issues and related protection and enforcement advice.
* Acting for the owner and developer of one of six government-mandated new Economic Cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
* Instructed by the Saudi Arabian General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) to draft its consumer protection regulations including provisions and rules for determining the relationship between all parties dealing in the Saudi air transport market.
* Advising a consortium of leading Saudi Arabian telecommunications operators on the establishment of a joint venture vehicle to own and operate the Saudi Arabian National Fibre Network in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
* Advising on the development and financing of a methanol plant in Saudi Arabia including related capacity sharing, pipeline transportation, feedstock and international offtake arrangements.
* Advising a private consortium in the formation and launch of the first privately owned, free-to-air television station in KSA.
