Personal Financial Planning

Canadian Tax Return Preparation
We provide Canadian tax preparation for individuals, trusts, corporations, and charities. We also assist small businesses with GST/HST, payroll and the Contractor Payment Reporting System.

Financial Statements
We provide financial statement preparation services to private corporations, trusts, and registered charities. This includes Review Engagements and Notice to Reader Engagements.

Business Advice
We provide advice with respect to the feasibility of proposed or existing businesses. We assist with lending proposals.

Purchase and Sale of Businesses
We have extensive experience in advising on the purchase and sale of private corporations. Our experience includes asset based purchases as well as share based purchases. We can assist in negotiations, financing, due diligence review, as well as tax related re-organizations or filings that will arise in the course of buying or selling a business. We will work closely with your solicitor to ensure the purchase and sale agreement reflects the negotiations and tax planning completed on your behalf.
