2003      Executed project finance and project management lor Lotte Suntech City in Sungnam.

2002 Handled the project management tor Kyobo Multiplex Building in Cheongiu.
      • Handled the project management for Rodamco Plaza in Bucheon.
2001 Established the 1st CR-REITs (Kyobo-Meritz No.l) in Korea, and provided
asset management service regarding CR-RElTs.
• Obtained the first certificate as an Asset Management Company from the Ministry of Construction & Transportation.
2000       Handled a project management contract for United Cinemas
International/Accor Hotel Group.
1999    Started providing Landlord Representative Service to Carrelour Korea.
• Recognized by the Government as the First Venture Company in Ihe real estate market.
