Our Capital Markets lawyers assist both issuers and underwriters in domestic and international offerings of equity and debt securities and advise clients on all public securities offerings, flotations and financial regulations.

Willkie Paris is active in all types of litigation work throughout Europe. Our Litigation practice group handles general commercial litigation, securities litigation, white-collar criminal and regulatory investigations and other civil litigation and arbitration including merger and acquisition-related matters.

Our Business Reorganization and Restructuring team has acquired extensive experience in advising companies as well as investment funds (as shareholders or potential purchasers) in the context of both pre-insolvency reorganizations (out of court proceedings) and insolvency proceedings. The group handles all types of insolvency related liability actions, works in concert with other practice groups in Europe in cross border reorganizations and benefits from the recognized expertise of the New York based Business Reorganization and Restructuring team.

Our Competition and Antitrust practice group plays an important role in the deal-structuring/deal-management process. The group prepares and files all concentration notifications with national authorities and the European Commission as well as managing all European Union and national regulatory issues.
