SIA Auditing firm “Inspekcija AMJ” has been established on December 21st 1997 under the name Isnpekcija AMJ. The company was registered in the Commercial Register of the Republic of Latvia on June 15th 2002; under the name SIA auditing firm „Inspekcija AMJ”, and was registered in Latvian Association of Certified Auditors on October, 2002 with the license No. 13.

Starting from the February 2005, Māris Biernis, the assistant of Aladins Sproģis, obtained the Certificate of Certified Auditors No. 148, at the same time becoming a partner and the chairman of the board.

Aladins Sproģis – professional accountant with more than 40 years experience in accounting, from which more that 30 years have been auditing, Certified auditor since 1994. Higher education in Economics.

Māris Biernis – professional accountant from 1996, consultanting auditor- from 1997. Certified auditor from 2005. Master of Social Sciences in Accounting - monitoring and analysis of commercial activity.

From June 2007, company expands its activity in the sphere of audit, and also actively offers financial, administrative, accounting services and business consultations, providing service to small and medium commercial enterprises .

On October 2007, the governing body of the company made a decission to open an office in Riga, Tornakalns. That was the right decission because it is an easy accessible location from city centre, good infrastructure, and clients visiting us can park their cars free of charge.

In December 2007, succesful negotions with German auditing firm AG “BPG” (German Certified Auditor Commercial enterprise since 1973, member of the Leading Alliance and International Organization "KRESTON") was concluded, and together with colleages from Germany a joint venture has been established to gain experience from European auditors and to expand its professional activity.
