Our Hong Kong office consists of three major divisions:

   * China & Business Services
   * Trust & Corporate Services
   * Taxation Services

China & Business Services
Our clientele for China and Business Services Division is international. They come to Intertrust Hong Kong for company management, accounting, payroll, trade administration, China services and various outsourcing and concierge services.

Trust & Corporate Services
The Trust and Corporate Services Division serves clients in the arenas of company formation; setting up bank accounts and registered offices; deregistration of offices; and the provision of company secretaries, directors and shareholders as well as trust and financial governance.

Taxation Services
It is the Intertrust Hong Kong Taxation Division that assists clients in individual and corporate tax compliance, international tax compliance and filing, employment visa application, transfer pricing issues as well as matters of tax inspection.

Other than above, our Fund Administration Division provides fund set up, pre-launch advice, fund accounting and valuation, registration and transfer agency, custodian and trustee services.

In addition, the Japanese / Korean Desk serves clients mainly in the area of structuring, business advisory and corporate fund coordination.

Together, these Intertrust Hong Kong divisions provide comprehensive trust and corporate services for clients locally and internationally.
