Stream’s national headquarters are located in Dallas, with an operational area covering some of the most active real estate markets coast to coast.

History:
Founded on August 26, 1996, Stream Realty Partners is thriving and our founders Michael J. McVean and Lee Belland couldn’t be happier.
When Stream began there were essentially two goals: have fun and do great work. It’s a philosophy that puts emphasis on both the employees’ success as well as the company. Mike and Lee attribute a large part of the company’s success to the realization they had early on: Stream is in the people business first and the real estate business second.
Twenty years later, Stream has expanded to open commercial real estate offices in Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Southern California and Washington, D.C
Stream has more than 700 employees who are aggressive, entrepreneurial and have the skill set necessary to serve our clients. Stream provides an environment where its teams can perform to their fullest potential.
