He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from California Polytechnic University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University. Before establishing Marathon, Harnsberger spent 15 years with scientific firms holding key executive positions in Management, Research and Development, and Engineering.
