Overview:

The JP Integra Group was originally established as JP Funds Group in 2007 in Switzerland and the Cayman Islands by five financial market professionals collectively with more than 100 years of trading, broking, administrative and legal experience to assist investment managers managing proprietary and third party capital. JP Fund Services S.A. and JP Fund Administration (Cayman) Limited were the original operating companies providing trading and broking support, and full service administration services to alternative investment managers.

Expansion

Since then, activities have expanded in response to client demand and the holding company name was changed from JP Funds Group Ltd to JP Integra Group Ltd in March 2016 to better reflect the increasing breadth and nature of services, retaining the JP identification whilst acknowledging activities have a wider focus in the private capital space rather than solely on the fund industry. The group is now headquartered in the Cayman Islands and also maintains representation in Switzerland, the UK, Singapore and is shortly opening an office in the USA.

JP Integra continues to be independently owned and operated (thereby aligning its interests with those of its clients as ‘your success is our success’) and focused on facilitating owners and managers of private capital on a worldwide basis. The Group has chosen the Cayman Islands as its operational base, but is also able to provide services (directly and via its network) in the other leading structuring jurisdictions for funds, international companies and trusts.
