To maximise the results for entrepreneurs and their businesses. Based on reliability, expertise, integrity and commitment. Since 1917, this has been the mission of HLB Blömer Accountants and Consultants, an independent, pioneering and medium-sized accountancy firm.

Long-term, personal relationships are important to us. As is quality and job satisfaction. Our mission affects everything we do. The success of our organisation depends on our clients, who support our approach. And on our staff, who help us achieve our goals on a daily basis.

History:

The history of accountancy goes back a long way, as does the history of HLB Blömer Accountants and Consultants. In June 1917, our founder, the recently qualified F.A. Blömer RA, opened an office in Utrecht. His son took the helm in 1947. From the 1960s, non-family members joined the organisation and Blömer & Co. was born. At the end of the 1970s, the last Blömer left the partnership.

However, the name of the firm never changed, nor did our mission: committed, expert and pioneering. In 1983, Blömer & Co moved to Nieuwegein, where the firm continued under the name Blömer Accountants and Consultants.

It expanded to become an independent and leading firm of accountants. At the end of the 1990s, the organisation merged with Eshuis accountants to become EshuisBlömer Accountants and Consultants. This association was short-lived and ended two years later.

In 2015, the firm joined HLB International via HLB Nederland, after which the name changed to HLB Blömer Accountants and Consultants. Today, our 80 staff members help over a thousand businesses achieve the best possible results and demonstrate their accountability to the outside world.
