Midland Consult (Cyprus) Limited provides services such as registration and integrated support for Cyprus companies, consultation on taxation and international law, and provides guidance in the area of asset protection, corporate accounting and auditing, bank introduction.

In January 2013 Midland Consult (Cyprus) Limited became a proud member of Cyprus Fiduciary Association http://www.cfa.org.cy/ a professional association of the leading Cyprus fiduciary and company management firms.

On May 30, 2013 in accordance with article 11 of the ASP Law 196(I)/2012 Midland Consult (Cyprus) Limited submitted its application for the license of Administrative Service Providers (ASP) to the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission http://www.cysec.gov.cy/ and was included under number # 34 in the list of the persons who at the entry into force of the Law have been providing administrative services. These entities are entitled to provide administrative services, until their application is examined by the Commission and an authorisation is granted.

Our company is part of the international holding company Midland Group, which allows us to offer most of the services without involving additional intermediaries, not only in Cyprus but also in other jurisdictions. Our offices are held in: Hong Kong (SAR of China), Road Town (British Virgin Islands), Panama (Republic of Panama), Riga (Latvia), Moscow & St Petersburg (Russia) and Kiev (Ukraine) and represent legal entities formed according to the corporate legislation of the mentioned jurisdictions. Only these offices officially belong to Midland Group.
