We added our Madrid office in 2003. Our Spain-based lawyers provide full legal services, working with our offices in the Americas, Europe and Asia on global projects.

Our Madrid office enjoys an excellent reputation in the areas of corporate and commercial law, construction, project finance, property law, tax law, litigation, intellectual property, employment law and competition.

Our lawyers have considerable experience in their respective practice areas and are supported by practice and industry groups comprising professionals from our offices around the world in the areas of energy, real estate, taxation and intellectual property, among others.

The range of services we provide includes protecting against fraud. The International Chamber of Commerce, Commercial Crime Services division appointed our Madrid office as the legal practice of choice in Spain for fraud and anti-money laundering claims through the Fraudnet network.

Our team deals with individual and collective employment law matters including advising on the personal liability of partners and managers, drafting termination agreements and structuring international employment contracts. We advise on contentious employment matters including provision of representation in both the administrative and jurisdictional courts. We also advise organizations on social security and union law in Spain and on the prevention of labor risks.

Our team advises on distribution and agency contracts, patents, trademarks, designs, unfair competition, royalties publicity and image rights, and all other aspects of regulatory intellectual property.

Our restructuring and insolvency team is well known for representing Spain-based and international organizations in relation to insolvency matters and restructuring.
