Iroquois Capital Group, Inc. is a merchant banking and investment banking company led by business executives who have been CEOs, owners and operators of businesses, with extensive finance and mergers and acquisitions experience. We work primarily with companies in the health care and financial services industries – and often invest our own capital and the capital of our individual investors in these companies – to provide highly selective alternative investment opportunities to high net worth individuals.

Iroquois Capital Group is a Nashville-based merchant banking company led by business executives who have been CEOs and have extensive finance and M&A experience. Using this experience, Iroquois identifies and works with attractive companies in the healthcare and financial services industries, sometimes investing its own capital and the capital of its more than 500 investing clients.

Iroquois Capital Group’s portfolio companies include Covenant Surgical Partners, a surgery center operator, and REIT Investment Group, which focuses on providing accommodation shareholders to privately held REITs.
