The firm was acquired in 2012 to provide Investment Banking clients with access to company sales and acquisitions and institutional markets to attract capital and debt. JCC principals and registered representatives apply their extensive contacts to attract qualified buyers and investors to client transactions.

Avoid Penalties. JCC meets the challenges of providing advice to entrepreneurial companies in a regulated environment. Over the past decade, regulators have made it difficult for a seller to legally engage finders or receive investment banking advice from firms or individuals unless licensed by FINRA. Failure to comply with these restrictions has resulted in significant fines, criminal prosecution and reversal of the sale of the company.
