Overview:

Framework IT was founded in 2005 by Pete Heles. Pete has spent over 30 years designing computer networks and more than 20 of those years as a reseller. Initially, Framework IT focused on Business Continuity Plan consulting. As we worked with companies to build their Business Continuity Plan, the need for a complete Business Continuity Planning solution that would be affordable to small, medium and emerging organizations became apparent.

In 2007, development began of a solution to overcome the hurdles of building a thorough and cost-effective Business Continuity Plan faced by small and medium sized organizations. The solution, Survivor or Statistic, was finalized in 2008 and focuses on four facets of Business Continuity: Awareness, Prevention, Recovery, and Continuation. Key elements of Survivor or Statistic include class instruction, a documented process, a supporting software program, and an Alliance Partner program.

It was determined that the best way to deliver Survivor or Statistic to an organization was through qualified resellers who could provide the necessary support to an organization as they generate a Business Continuity Plan. The support provided would be customized for each organization. Qualification of resellers to implement the Survivor or Statistic program began in late 2008. Framework IT and Survivor or Statistic will continue to evolve to meet the Business Continuity Planning needs of small and medium sized organizations.
