GF Futures (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd is a subsidiary company fully owned by GF Futures Co., Ltd. Its establishment was proved by China Securities Regulatory Commission as one of the first three Futures Commission Merchants (FCMS) to launch business in the Hong Kong market.

   With initial registered capital of 10 million Hong Kong Dollars, GF Futures (Hong Kong) Company aims to be the first station of GF Futures Company’s internationalization approach. By inheriting and taking advantage of parent company’s merits and coherent operation philosophy of " Integrity, Professional, Innovative, Aggressive ", GF Futures (Hong Kong) Company is positioned as a center for researches into the international futures markets, an engineering center of futures and other derivatives products, a cultivation base for globe-orientated professional human resources and an international business and management center as well as a communication channel for futures markets home and abroad.

   GF Futures (Hong Kong) Company has its origin business set in the spectrum of dealing in futures contracts, advising on futures contracts, etc. As soon as regulatory policy permission is obtained, GF Futures (Hong Kong) Company’s business range will involve not only in providing foreign investors with foreign futures market products, but also a full set of efficient and value-added platform and services for Chinese investors to participate in international markets and for foreign investors to trade in China’s futures markets.

   At the time being, the preparation work has been processing smoothly. We have submitted licensing application with Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) for admission to regulated activity "Futures Contracts Dealing". Application with Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited and Clearing Limited for participantship has been undergone effectively. Trading system testing is expected in the near future. Upon investors’ request, we will devote to a stable and well managed trading channel to global futures and options contracts, e.g. metals, energy, natural rubber，grains, etc. in exchanges such as LME, NYMEX, CBOT.
