PT Bank Lippo was founded in 1948 and is headquartered in Tangerang, Indonesia. As of October 28, 2008, PT Bank Lippo Tbk formerly operated as a subsidiary of Bumiputra-Commerce Holdings Berhad. As of November 1, 2008, PT Bank Lippo Tbk operates as a subsidiary of PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk.
