History:

The firm was co founded in December, 1988 by William A. Anderson and Alain E. Cheneviere as Anderson, Cheneviere & Co., Ltd. In 1996, the firm expanded its partnership to add Fenner R. Weller, Jr. whose participation in Fixed Income Trading with institutional clients would enhance the product mix of Weller, Anderson, Cheneviere & Co., Ltd. In turn, the firm would add more seasoned professionals to accomplish its growth and expansion strategy while gaining market recognition. In April, 2002, the firm changed its name to Weller, Anderson & Co., Ltd. In late 2005, the firm expanded its product mix to add insurance and variable and fixed annuities.
