Victoria Capital Partners LP (together with its affiliates, “Victoria Capital Partners” or the “Firm”) is an independent investment firm that is majority-owned and led by substantially the same team that was responsible for the investment activities of DLJ South American Partners (“DLJSAP”), the predecessor of Victoria Capital Partners. Focused on private equity investments in South America, Victoria Capital Partners manages two private equity funds (“SAP I” and “SAP II”) and several co-investment funds with capital commitments of more than US$1 billion in aggregate. Victoria Capital Partners seeks significant capital appreciation through equity-related investments in leading, growth-oriented companies across its core markets in South America, mainly: Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Chile and Argentina.
Victoria Capital Partners is managed by one of the most experienced private equity teams in South America, the senior members of which have been working together for an average of 13 years, investing in more than 20 companies since 1995. Victoria Capital Partners’ regional approach provides its investors with broad diversification by country and emphasizes relative value in different cycles across the region. Victoria Capital Partners actively customizes and refines its strategy for each country according to the prevailing trends, opportunities and risks within the relevant market. Victoria Capital Partners will generally target control and joint-controlling positions with active board participation, value creation involvement and contractual governance tools.

Victoria Capital Partners is currently comprised of 15 investment professionals in three regional offices in South America: Buenos Aires (Argentina), São Paulo (Brazil) and Bogotá (Colombia).
