Overview:

Since 1994 Fučík & partneři, s.r.o. (formerly Fučík & Fučíková a partneři, s.r.o. ) has helped nurture the development of its clients’ business activities. The company’s combined knowledge, skill and experience in all areas of consultancy, accountancy and taxation have been the foundation of its success over the years and are its greatest asset today.

Our associates are Ivan Fučík and Edita Ševcovicová.

Ivan Fučík is an auditor and tax advisor who, after graduating from the University of Economics in Prague, gained extensive experience over several years of practice with the “Big Five” consulting companies. During this time, he spent more than a year and a half in Austria and a further one and a half years in the role of associate. Ivan is a member of the Chamber of Tax Advisors in the field of corporate taxation, specializing in international tax planning (including the avoidance of double taxation). He has written more than a hundred articles and publications.

Edita Ševcovicovágraduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles’ University in Prague, and is a tax advisor. She is head of professional accounting for the Chamber of Tax Advisors of the Czech Republic (ChTA); also their representative on the National Accounting Council. She is a much sought-after lecturer, and author of numerous professional articles.

The company has 30 personnel; comprising of other ChTA registered tax advisors, assistant auditors (registered with the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic), first class accountants and various other specialists.

The associates and staff actively participate throughout the entire legislative process between the chambers and ministers (who ultimately approve tax law). The company also provides professional lecturing in a variety of specialist fields and produces high quality publications.

Fučík & partneři s.r.o. is a member of BKR INTERNATIONAL, an independent network which connects 261 partners, from 124 businesses in 38 countries, around the world.
