2011 - New Partnership with Global Leader in Real Estate Services and Investment Management and expands global footprint
ING Clarion Real Estate Securities announces a new partnership with CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc . (NYSE: CBG), and changes its name to CBRE Clarion Securities. As part of transaction the firm expands its global footprint, with the addition of an office in Sydney, Australia.
2009 - Celebrating 25 Years of Investment Performance
The firm’s flagship U.S. Real Estate Securities Strategy celebrates 25 years of investment performance.
2007 - Global Real Estate Manager of the Year*
ING Clarion Real Estate Securities is presented with the Global Real Estate Manager of the Year Award, by Professional Pensions, the leading UK publication for the occupational pensions industry.

ING Real Estate was named Global Real Estate Manager of the Year for 2007. Clarion CRA Securities was acquired by the ING Real Estate Group, creating ING Clarion Real Estate Securities.
1995 - Merger Expands U.S. Research Platform
CRA becomes an affiliate of Clarion Partners; a direct real estate investment firm located in New York City, forming Clarion CRA Securities, L.P.
1991 - Founding Partners Join Forces
Kenneth D. Campbell, T. Ritson Ferguson, and Jarrett B. Kling start up a boutique asset management firm dedicated to managing listed real estate securities named Campbell Radnor Advisors (CRA).
