2002 - DCP founded by Pietro A. Doran with a primary focus on funds and project management, capital raising and financial structuring

2003 - Engaged by Gale International to work as Project Manager on the New Songdo City development. Structured international financing for the Project

2004 - DCP structured a US$90 million New Songdo City project financing
DCP structured a US$180 million New Songdo City project financing with an international consortium

2005 - DCP structured a further US$1.5 billion New Songdo City project financing with a consortium of international financial institutions. This completed its New Songdo City engagement
Launched Doran Capital Partners (Australia) Pty. Ltd. and Doran Capital Partners (Hong Kong) Ltd.
Launched the TRISEAS Korea Property Fund L.P. (including the Fund Manager, TRISEAS Management Hong Kong Ltd.)

2006 - Established DCP Property Services Ltd.
Launched Kayla Limited Hong Kong as general partner to the TRISEAS Fund
Engaged by SEB, a significant European institutional investor, to acquire and manage assets in Japan and Korea. Initial investment amount of US$500 million

2007 - Acquired 4 assets in Korea for TRISEAS Korea Property Fund L.P.
Acquired 3 assets in Japan for SEB
Launched Doran Capital Partners (Europe) Ltd.
Received formal approval from Financial Supervisory Services (FSS) in Korea as Business Trustee for ABS structure formation

2008 - 5th asset acquired for TRISEAS Korea Property Fund L.P.
Launched TRISEAS Korea Property Fund II L.P.
Established Metro Retail Limited to manage retail assets
Daegu City Center (asset of TRISEAS Korea Property Fund L.P.) awarded the “grand prize for renovation” by the Korea Facility Management Association

2009 - Acquired first asset for TRISEAS Korea Property Fund II L.P.
ULI 2009 Award of Excellence competition Asia Pacific - Daegu City Center nominated as 1 of the finalists
“Sfunz” retail & entertainment complex (asset of TRISEAS Korea Property Fund L.P.) wins Korea Facility Management Award Grand Prize for renovation

2010 - “Sfunz” refinancing completed
Daegu City Center refinancing completed
“Sfunz” attracts major tenancies from ZARA and Enter6
Both Daegu City Center and “Sfunz” recognized in the Cityscape Awards for real estate development in Asia
Novotel Daegu at Daegu City Center formally recognized as the top ranked hotel in Daegu
Doran Captial Partners (Europe) Ltd. receives approval from the Financial Services Authorities UK (FSA)

2011 - Structured a deal to acquire, finance and convert an office building, “Wise Building” into a hotel
Extended Daegu City Center financing with existing lending consortium
