Overview:

Our firm’s roots go back to 1921, when Hyman Brodsky opened a public accounting office in Worcester, Massachusetts. In 1956, Nathan Greenberg joined him, co-founding the entity now known as Greenberg, Rosenblatt, Kull & Bitsoli, P.C. (GRK&B).

From our beginning as a small local practice, GRK&B has expanded to become a full-service public accounting firm with a staff of more than 50 people serving publicly owned and closely held businesses, not-for-profit organizations and individuals.

GRK&B is large enough to serve the needs of most businesses and individuals and small enough to offer clients the personal attention they expect and deserve. Our firm participates in a rigorous quality control process and has been consistently found to comply with the standards set by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

In addition to recording history and protecting the financial community’s interests through the independent audit and review of financial statements, GRK&B has a reputation for helping companies grow and prosper by serving on advisory boards, helping to evaluate and strengthen internal controls, performing the functions of an external CFO and assisting in developing public offerings.

Besides providing our individual clients with comprehensive tax planning and compliance services, GRK&B also has considerable experience in the important areas of estate planning and trust administration.

A team approach is used to complete engagements and internal specialists are called on when their expertise is warranted. Additionally, our affiliation with JHI provides access to a worldwide network of business advisors and accountants, enabling us to address our clients’ business and regulatory compliance needs as they expand domestically and internationally.
