CIC's operation in Hong Kong takes the form of CIC Investor Services (CICIS), established in 2001 after acquiring the Asian private banking business of Bank Austria in the same year.

ClCIS positions itself as a "premium boutique" rather than a "department store". As such, we provide an exclusive and personalized service to the elite.

To assist clients in their investment activities, CICIS offers considered views related to foreign exchange, fixed income, equities and structured products. Depending on the needs of clients, our products can be as generic as time deposits or as unique as tailor-made derivatives.

We have clients from many parts of the world although the majority is from Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.

We maintain accounts for individuals and families with entirely different backgrounds. Individual attention is key to our service. Each client is assigned his or her own relationship manager who is committed to gaining thorough understanding of the client's needs and objectives. The relationship manager will maintain contact as closely and frequently as the client directs.

The Banque Privйe structure is designed to provide a seamless service, allowing for the execution of trades, financing, settlement and accounting to proceed smoothly regardless of whether the client is in his local office or on the other side of the world.
