   Baker Tilly, PG & Associados, SROC, S.A. – registered at the Portuguese Statutory Auditors Body (Ordem dos Revisores Oficiais de Contas - OROC) under the number 235. It provides statutory audit, tax and related services authorized in exclusive or not to statutory auditors;

   Baker Tilly Portugal Consulting, S.A. – Provides outsourcing, consulting, corporate finance and training services (Baker Tilly Academy). It is a certified entity for training at the Portuguese Accountants Body (Ordem dos Técnicos Oficiais de Contas – OTOC).

Baker Tilly Portugal is an independent member of Baker Tilly International. Baker Tilly International Limited is an English company. Baker Tilly International provides no professional services to clients. Each member firm is a separate and independent legal entity and each describes itself as such.
