Ashurst Hong Kong, in association with Jackson Woo & Associates, opened in November 2008.

Working closely with our offices in Singapore and Tokyo, Ashurst Hong Kong builds on our long association with Asia. Our presence in Hong Kong demonstrates our commitment to grow our service to our clients in Asia, including the expansion of our existing offices in the region.

Geoffrey Green is head of Ashurst's Asia practice and is based in Hong Kong. We have more than 20 legal professionals including 7 partners.

The Hong Kong office focuses on both international and local law advice in banking & finance, M&A and corporate matters. As a leading international law firm, we are also able to offer a full range of legal services to our clients, including project development, energy and natural resources (power, oil, gas, LNG, petrochemicals, mining), infrastructure (including public private partnerships) and restructuring.

Jackson Woo & Associates in association with Ashurst Hong Kong ("JWA") is a Hong Kong-based law firm with key strengths in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, commercial law and corporate governance and compliance issues. The firm's partners and consultants hold decades of combined experience in the legal, investment banking and commercial sectors. The firm can count among (i) its Partners: Mr. Jackson Woo (who has in-depth experience in law and investment banking) and Ms. Sabrina Fung (who possesses strong legal knowledge to meet clients' needs in the corporate and commercial field of practice); and (ii) its Consultants, being Sir Po-shing Woo, Ms. Anna Suk Han Chow and Mr. Anthony Wing Kin Chow, who are prominent figures in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong SAR") and the legal community.
