In accordance with Article 23 of Federal Law No. 307-FZ, “On Auditing”, dated 30.12.2008, Baker Tilly Russaudit has been conducting audit services since 01.01.2010 on the basis of an entry made in the Register of Auditors and Auditing Organizations (Primary Registration Number of the entry 10402000018). Prior to 01.01.2010, audit services were conducted under License No. Е006075 issued on 24.06.2004. Baker Tilly Russaudit also holds the following licenses: License issued by the Administration of the FSB of Russia to perform activities using data classified as National Security Information (License GТ No. 0016541, Registration No. 13495, issued on 12.12.2008) and License for Property Assessment valid in the Republic of Kazakhstan (License YuL-00625-(015.468) No. 0048673, issued on 26.10.2006).

Occupational risks of Baker Tilly Russaudit are insured with AlfaStrakhovanie PLC for RUR30,000,000.00 from 01.04.2011 to 31.03.2012. Occupational and supplementary liability of the Firm’s valuers is insured for RUR750,000,000.00; the limit of liability is RUR300,000,000.00, and the insurance is valid from 28.04.2011 to 31.12.2013.

The Firm employs valuation specialists who are members of self-regulated organizations – the Non-profit Partnership Association of Appraisers SMAO and the Non-profit Partnership Self-Regulated Organization of the Association of Russian Masters of Appraising– which enables us to provide valuation services in accordance with the Federal Law “On Valuation in the Russian Federation”. Prior to 01.01.2008 valuation services were provided under License No. 000409 issued by the Ministry of Property Relations of the Russian Federation on 29.08.2001.
Baker Tilly Russaudit is a founding member of the Institute of Professional Auditors of Russia (IPAR) and a member of the Non-profit Partnership Russian Board of Appraisers and the Self-Regulated Interregional Association of Appraisers.
