Founded in 1984, Gestassur SA specializes in the analysis of professional and financial risk for Private Banks, Hedge Funds, Independent Asset Managers, Private Equity firms and other Financial Institutions. Working in Switzerland and throughout Europe, Gestassur designs bespoke solutions which transfer exposure to insurance structures. Skilled risk assessment coupled with sound policy recommendations by the company’s specialists form the basis of the company’s core philosophy and value-added service.

Gestassur’s strategy consists in developing insurance solutions with leading international underwriters which promote the protection of both our clients and their investors. Gestassur maintains close relationships with the major associations of independent asset managers and, in particular, with the SAAM (Swiss Association of Asset Managers) in Switzerland, the AFG (Association Française de la Gestion Financière) in Paris, the AMAF (Association Monégasque des Activités Financières) in Monaco and the ALPP (Association Luxembourgeoise des Professionnels du Patrimoine) in Luxembourg. The company has a longstanding track record of successful cooperation with the individual members of these prestigious groups.

Gestassur also works actively to promote cooperation and development between the major, national associations.

Additionally, Gestassur advises Asset Managers based in Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Gibraltar, Austria, Poland and the Czech Republic in order to comprehensively address their professional insurance needs
