History: 

Economic history is at the very core of our success. Ownership, specifically the ownership of land was the basis of all the investment opportunities we realize today. The stories of time have identified trends which have taught prudent investors who listen, some very crucial lessons.

One specific trend which continues to fuel our growth: U.S. Real Estate markets have experienced a major “boon” followed by a tragic “bust” approximately every 20 years. In each instance several pioneers seized the opportunity to capitalize on current economic trends to fortify their wealth.

HISTORY-OF-MARKET-CYCLES-JOHN-JACOB-ASTOR In the late 1830’s during an economic climate much like we’ve experienced since 2007, John Jacob Astor acquired much of what is now Manhattan, growing his wealth from $250,000 to well over $20 million by the time of his death in 1848 using fundamental investing techniques. After the panic of 1837, the boon, bust trend repeated in 1857, 1873 & 1893.

During this time James G. Fair whose Nevada mine yielded over $100 million in silver & gold, tripled his wealth by acquiring real estate in California. Now as then a window of opportunity exists to experience an exceptional transference of wealth. Our board of advisors and principals possess a combined 100+ years of industry experience. History as well as the expertise that can only be gained by thriving through 4 full real estate cycles has helped position our business appropriately to capitalize on existing market conditions and beyond.
