Overview:

Corporate Agents N.V. was formed on March 1, 1972 in Curacao, as a corporate management and professional trust company and has been providing management and fiduciary services as well as intermediary services within the financial, fiscal and legal field since its inception.

In later years, Corporate Agents expanded these services to various different jurisdictions. Today, the Corpag Group (Corpag) is a fast growing trust organization with offices in Curacao, Brazil, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, United States (representative office), United Kingdom and Switzerland and associated offices in Anguilla, Aruba, British Virgin Islands, Cyprus, Malta, Nevis*, New Zealand, Panama, St. Lucia and Monaco. These worldwide offices enable the Corpag Group to offer management and fiduciary services as well as tax exempt vehicles in most international financial centers, both onshore as well as offshore. Through working relationships with other offices around the world Corpag is able to provide similar services in other countries.

The Corpag Group is a member of the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA) and a member of the Transnational Taxation Network (TTN) and several of our staff members are members of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). These memberships ensure that Corpag is always on top of latest legal and fiscal developments.

• Incorporation and management of (tax driven) international holding, finance, royalty and other structures;
• Incorporation and management of onshore and offshore companies, limited partnerships and private
foundations;
• Settlement of Trusts and providing of Trustees;
• Formation and administration of mutual funds;

• Invoicing, administrative and accounting services;
