FAN, CHAN & CO. is a medium size Certified Public Accountants firm, established in Hong Kong since 1976 by the founders, Mr. SY FAN and Mr. BRIAN CHAN. Our firm is composed of professionals in different aspects, audit and assurance, accounting, taxation, corporate secretary, management consultancy and business advisory. We are now providing auditing, taxation and corporate services to over a thousand clients in Hong Kong and Mainland China, out of which many are foreign investors. We have collectively about 100 staff in total including 20 qualified accountants and 80 staff working in Hong Kong and Mainland China. We are committed to provide the highest quality personal services to our clients.
