A. K. Stockmart Pvt. Ltd. (AK Stockmart) is a full service brokerage house catering to HNIs, Corporates and Institutions. It is a trading and clearing member of both the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE) (Cash and F&O Segment) and the Bombay Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (BSE) (Cash Segment). Incorporated on January 17, 2006, it is now a wholly owned subsidiary of A. K. Capital Services Ltd., the flagship company of A. K. Group.

AK Stockmart offers stock broking and WDM services in both equity & debt segments and also acts as a Depository Participant. AK Stockmart is primarily involved in the distribution of public issues of NCDs and is one of the strongest players in debt market. It has a proven track record in the distribution of debt products including but not limited to Corporate Bonds and Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs), Tax Free and Capital Gain Bonds.

AK Stockmart is credited to be associated as a consortium member with IPO of almost all the major companies / corporations offering Tax Free Bonds. In the FY 2011-12, AK Stockmart has achieved remarkable success in distributing tax free bonds issued by National Highway Authority of India, Power Finance Corporation Limited, Indian Railway Finance Corporation Limited and Rural Electrification Limited, and even in the distribution of Corporate Bonds issued by the esteemed clientele like Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited, Shriram City Union Finance Limited, Muthoot Fincorp Limited, Manappuram Finance Limited to name a few.

In the FY 2011-12, AK Stockmart mobilized the highest number of applications in the tax-free and corporate bond issuances according to the Prime Database ranking in the Retail Distribution Category (FY 2011-2012).
