   Carrying out the auditing services on the basis of the needs and demands of our clients, esteeming professional ethics, high competence and prompt operation in order to provide the clients with fair and true information;

   Conducting our activities by consistently applying the principles of International Accounting Standards and International Standards on Auditing;

   Providing substantial support to the governmental and professional organizations in developing and strengthening the audit system;

   Collaborating with governmental and other related organizations in implementation of the laws and standards, and creation of the open and fair environment in economics and business.

A Board of professionals consisting of auditing, accounting and legislative experts works adjoining to the General Director. The company is divided into sections that are connected to each other by organizational interrelationships.

Dalaivan Audit” Co., Ltd. is the first Mongolian audit company that was established in 1993 under the Accounting law of Mongolia. Since its foundation, the company has been undertaking a number of activities such as audit of financial statements, accounting consultancy, training, assessment of property and business activities, accounting software provision to the entities.
