History:

Hewitt EnnisKnupp was formed in 2010 when Hewitt Associates LLC (“Hewitt Associates”) purchased Ennis Knupp & Associates. Hewitt EnnisKnupp was registered with the SEC in October 2010. Hewitt Associates was subsequently acquired by a predecessor to Aon plc. Hewitt EnnisKnupp has been providing investment consulting services through our legacy organizations since 1974.
