Garrigues has been advising Spanish enterprises on their investments in China since 1992, and opened its own office in Shanghai in 2005.

The Shanghai office has 18 professionals with one partner and four senior associates (the rest being associates) out of which 14 are Chinese professionals and four are western lawyers.

Garrigues in Shanghai is, by far, the biggest Iberian law firm in China and one of the biggest continental law firms in the country.
