We also act as financial controllers to safeguard the assets of the company and ensure the viability of any new contracts undertaken by the company.
Receivership/Liquidation

Should restructuring or long-term efforts prove unworkable, we would only then suggest the appointment of receivers and managers/liquidators (RM/L). Once appointed as RM/L we would without compromising our independence seek the close co-operation of the directors in realizing the maximum value of the assets of the company.

Another important aspect of our service is to take a personal interest in the welfare of employees to the extent of seeking alternative job opportunities for them.
CORPORATE SECRETARIAL
