Profile:

Our offices are located near Sheung Wan MTR (Mass Transit Railway) station in the central commercial district on the Hong Kong island.

What distinguishes us from ordinary local accountancy firms is our alliance with DFK International. Through support from different DFK member firms and business advisers across the world, we have a competitive edge by being able to look after clients with cross border interest. Being a part of the DFK International network also benefits our staff from wider exposure to different countries, regulatory bodies, cultures and work ethics.

We are registered with the US Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and work very closely with member firms from the United States of America on clients operating in mainland China and/or Hong Kong seeking listing or are already listed on the US stock markets.

We are proficient in the English and Chinese languages, including Cantonese, Mandarin, Chiu Chow and Hakka dialects.
