LJ Capital Group was founded by Linda Weathers. For nearly a decade, Ms. Weathers has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions resulting in over $85 million dollars in sales.

Ms. Weathers recognized that with a record number of bank failures and over three million foreclosure filings in 2009, right now is an ideal time to formulate a business model to harvest the opportunities delivered by these events.

The LJ Capital Group business model will:
