Manning Elliott is a chartered accounting firm located in beautiful downtown Vancouver and Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada. We provide personalized service to companies operating within a wide range of industries in five major practice areas: private companies, public companies, not-for-profit organizations, taxation and estate planning and business succession.
Our major practice groups cater to local and international organizations with a specialty servicing those with operations in the United States, China, Latin America, and Russia.
Culture & Community
Manning Elliott is proud of its dynamic and diverse work culture – despite our rapid growth in recent years; there exists a sense of “family” within our firm. Team members at all levels are friendly and approachable with a true team orientation throughout.
In keeping with our “family” like work culture, we’ve developed a social committee which actively organizes exciting and motivating events throughout the year. Also, over and above these major events, many impromptu activities come together in a fluid, spontaneous manner for anyone who is interested. Some activities include team lunches, hockey game nights, ski weekends, reality show pools and hiking trips.
Philanthropy and giving back to the community plays a large role in the culture at Manning Elliott and this is reflected in our substantial Not-For-Profit practice area. Team members, including new students, are encouraged to participate in volunteer work, both individually and through employer-supported programs. Commitment to Quality
Our firm places a great deal of focus on quality standards. A member of Manning Elliott's partner group helped develop the "Mid-Sized Firm Protocol" - a quality control manual that formed the basis for a nationwide quality control model for the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. These notable quality standards have been adopted by Manning Elliott and are implemented by its internal Quality Control Committee.
