When Law 19/1988, of 12th July, on Accounts Auditing and its developing Regulations (Royal Decree 1636/1990), of 20th December, came into force, the auditing profession experienced a great boost in Spain since, as from 1990, a large number of companies started to be subject to compulsory annual audits.

Anticipating a strong increase in the demand of professional auditing services, a group of professionals with a vast work experience in national and international audit companies incorporated AUDIGEST, S.A. on thirteenth of January 1989.

Over the years, a selection of professionals specialized in accounts auditing and, in general, in activities related to the economic-financial area of all kind of organizations have joined our company and have received the appropriate training. All these professionals are totally committed to a high degree of professionalism and the wish to fully satisfy the confidence deposited on us by our clients throughout the years.
Currently, our company basically works within the field of auditing and the rendering of other specific services derived from our status as auditors. Even though these services represent the most important part of our activities, we have gradually expanded the scope of such activities by incorporating advisory services for all kinds of companies in connection with any mandates and transactions that require the participation of experts in economic, financial or administrative issues.
