R.O. SENIOR, was founded by the trademark pursuers Rafael O. Senior and Victor Villegas, Esq. Mr. Villegas has continued to run the firm and has turned it into one of the principal specialized firms in Intellectual Property.

The Law Firm ORLANDO CRUZ FRANCO was founded by Orlando Cruz Franco, Esq. and Dr. Salvador Jorge Blanco, Esq. who had continued to build the firm into one of the mayor law offices of the country.

With the merge of both firms, JORGE MERA & VILLEGAS, Managing Partner, Orlando Jorge Mera, Esq. comprehensively collaborates with the R.O. SENIOR Intellectual Property Division, Division Manager, Patricia Villegas de Jorge, Esq.
