We do this by helping them build successful Australian businesses and then use our knowledge of the North American markets and extensive US-based networks to assist them penetrate these markets. We also assist them gain access to the North American capital markets.

CM Capital operates primarily within the life science, telecommunications/IT and renewable energy industries. At CM Capital the emphasis is on relationships. We deliberately limit the number of companies in our portfolio so that the CM Capital Management Team can give their complete commitment to help shape each company's ultimate success.

CM Capital invests in companies that offer differentiated products with high barriers to entry and substantial market opportunities. We also value talented management teams who have the skill, drive and enthusiasm to take their companies to a market leadership position.

We are prepared to “roll up our sleeves” and assist our portfolio companies wherever we can. This may include:
Active Board participation
Identifying and assisting with recruitment of key employees, board members and strategic advisors
Providing introductions to potential customers and strategic partners
Working with entrepreneurs to develop their management talents
Providing introductions to leading venture capital funds and investment banks
Assisting in the development of relationships and strategies to enter global markets
Assisting in IPO or M&A transactions.
