We partner with management teams and our Advisory Partnership Executives who have relevant industry experience to enhance the operational and strategic resources of portfolio companies. As a result, we expect to build equity value in portfolio companies for our owner/manager partners and for our investors.

History:

Pasadena Capital Partners was founded by Greg Annick as a continuation of the investment strategy that he successfully employed as a partner at Leonard Green & Partners, with an emphasis on small middle-market businesses.
