The law firm BENEDETTI & BENEDETTI was established in 1991 by its founding partners, Dr. Eloy Benedetti, Ramon Ricardo Benedetti, Alida Benedetti and Giovanna Benedetti, who brought their practice of over twenty years to the new law firm.

At the present time, the firm counts with three partners, ten associates and the support of outstanding paralegals, law and administrative clerks. The firm also has an important practice in the registration of vessels under the Panamanian flag, including the obtaining of patents of navigations, ship station radio licenses, minimum safe manning certificates and all relevant documents related to the registration of vessels under our open registry. Our practice includes the registration of ship sales, naval mortgages and financing transactions, including the drafting of credit agreements and relevant security documentation, refinancing and mortgage security amendments. The practice in the Maritime field includes Maritime claims and Admiralty Litigation.

Another area in which BENEDETTI & BENEDETTI has been able to render excellent service as Legal Counsel is in matters related to exploration and explotation of natural resources including administrative concessions. The role it has played in the local mining sector has placed it as the leading law firm in this field, accomplishment of which it is quite proud. Environmental matters has become a very important area of practices.
