We are licensed by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius to provide professional services to Global Business Companies, trusts, foundations and partnerships. These services include formation, administration and management, trusteeship and related services .

We provide:

   Trusteeship and Council Members;
   Professional directors, company secretary and nominee shareholders;
   Acting as Registered Agents for Category 2 Global Business Licensees;
   Acting as Registered Office for Category 1 Global Business Licensees;
   Preparation of incorporation and application documents for Global Business License;
   Compliance services;
   Preparation and maintenance of books and accounting records;
   Nominee services

BTG Management Services (Mauritius) Limited (“BTG”) is part of the Baobab Trust Group.

BTG was established in Mauritius in January 2013 and licensed as a Management Company by the Financial Services Commission in August 2013.
