Edge Capital shall offer the most attractive investment opportunities within international and domestic real estate to our investors, and we will utilise both the listed and the non-listed market in order to take advantage of the different pricing of assets in the direct and the indirect markets.

Overview:

Edge Capital is an independent financial group, fully owned by its employees. Edge Capital is focusing on creating client values through high quality and dedicated investment services. We are combining our financial advisory services, stock-broking activities and asset management with high quality fundamental and quantitative research. Our services are powered by one of the strongest equity research teams in Europe focusing on listed real estate shares. The Edge Capital Research team covers more than 60 of the leading listed real estate companies in Europe. Our research spans from Europe's largest real estate companies in France and UK to medium cap real estate companies in Continental Europe, and small cap companies in the Nordics and in the CEE. Edge Capital is a member of the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA). The group is organised in two distinct operations; stock-broking, research and corporate finance through Edge Capital Markets AS, and mutual fund management through Edge Capital Asset Management AS.

Edge Capital is licensed by the Financial Supervisory Authorities of Norway within investment advising, management of mutual funds and active investment management as from July 3, 2009. Edge Capital Markets AS is licensed by the Financial Supervisory Authorities of Norway within stock-broking, investment advisory and related services as from November 11, 2010.

Strategy:

Edge Capital has developed one of the strongest real estate research teams in Europe. We aim to have equity research coverage of all the major real estate securities included in the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Europe index, as well as other carefully selected listed and unlisted real estate securities across Europe. We are using our quantitative and fundamental research actively to enhance and complement our capabilities within real estate valuation, pricing of real estate securities, M&A services, and project development services. We believe that our substantial efforts within fundamental company research activities will create sustainable competitive advantage within our stock-broking and financial advisory activities, as well as within fund and asset management unit.
