Moreover, our team includes academically well-known persons to be either our accountants or Consultants and, as a result, we have not only been highly praised for our services for the public sector, including government agencies, state-owned enterprises and foundations, but also won bid awards from government agencies and state-owned enterprises. Our firm also organized a seminar on the establishment and registration and finance and tax affairs for 「education, culture and public welfare charitable organizations」 regulated by different government agencies, and edited and published series of books. We also have provided audit and certifying services for employee welfare committees of banks, Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd. the Directorate General of Telecommunication, Bureau of Labor Insurance, Bureau of National Health Insurance, Taiwan Tobacco and Liquid Corporation, and Industrial Technology Research Institute, foundations and schools. Consulting services have been provided for foundations, associations and research institutions regarding their accounts; we have designed the systems of committees, research centers and sports federation and have been responsible for the subsequent promotion; we provided audit services of special projects entrusted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Education and the Environmental Protection Administration; we assisted the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communication in setting up the management and accounting system for the travel industry, and provided consulting services for the system's application. |

History:
「CLOCK & Co., CPAs」 was established by several accountants led by Mr. Li-Jung Chu on October 16th, 1985, and later joined by other accountants, such as Yung-Chi Lai, Yin-Lai Chou and Su-Chin Hsu, who share the same philosophy. The firm has thereafter steadily grown to its current size.
The English name of the firm is the composition of the first English letters of the founding accountants』 last names while the 「O」 in the middle is additionally included which symbolizes completeness, satisfaction, balance and moderateness.
In order to promote the service toward the customer, we have affiliated with the organization of the Baker Tilly International formally in March, 2005, the only representative member in Taiwan. BAKER TILLY CLOCK & CO. is the English name of our organation. |
