Overview:
The Law Firm LLMR&T was founded in 1966 by the attorneys Luis Demetrio Tinoco Castro (1905-1986), Manuel Emilio Rodríguez Echeverría (1930-2000), Luis Rafael Tinoco Alvarado, Alonso José Lara Tomas, Franklin Matamoros Calderón and Arnoldo López Echandi.
Since its foundation, our firm has been recognized as one of the most important law firms in Costa Rica, noted for its personalized, ethical and highly efficient service. We have the knowledge, experience and human and technological capacity to offer services to large companies, counseling them in a wide variety of judicial tasks.
Both the founding partners as well as the more recent associates have been distinguished by being named to high positions in government, the court system, government institutions, the diplomatic corps, as well as by being given relevant international responsibilities.
The firm has grown strong, not just in representing our clients but in incorporating a new generation of lawyers, ones who are highly trained and qualified in diverse areas of the law and with a strong emphasis in commercial, corporate, banking, finance and stock exchange, civil, real estate, labor, administrative law and procedures, penal, tax, constitutional, aeronautical and notarial law in general.
LLMR&T carries out business in its new offices located in a building with an attractive appearance and location in San Jose, Costa Rica. It also has a branch on the west side of the city and two offices in the fastest-growing real-estate markets outside of the capital city, in the beach areas. |
